Provide resident care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and individualized care plans
Demonstrate competency in caring for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia-related, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs (as applicable)
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Ensure residents are out of bed and mobilized per their care plans
Maintain a safe environment and promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
Follow direction from the Charge Nurse and actively participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team
Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, coworkers, and clinical and ancillary staff
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of resident care
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
