Job summary

Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients.

About the Role:

• Transfer and reposition residents and patients as needed

• Take vital signs, measure height and weight, and report changes to the healthcare team

• Assist with medication administration and documentation

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and activities

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
