Job summary

Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for full-time shifts to care for residents across 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a. You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding and daily living activities, while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

The role requires a compassionate, team-oriented professional with a PA Nurse Aide Certification and ability to thrive under pressure. Pre-employment PA background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification.
• Pass pre-employment PA Criminal Background check.
• Compliance with PA Older Adult Protection Act background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, feeding, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Adhere to departmental, center and corporate policies, quality improvement programs and infection control standards.

• Assist residents with resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment
• Identify and report changes in condition to the supervisor
• Maintain and work within the established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
