Job summary

Stillwater Post-Acute in El Cajon, CA is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, support medical procedures, and help maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes comfort, dignity, and compassion.

The role is full-time with a 4x2 schedule (AM/PM/NOC shifts). Compensation ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, plus paid sick leave, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, toileting, etc.)
• Support physicians and nurses during medical procedures
• Record vital signs and patient health information
• Safely transfer residents between beds, wheelchairs, and rooms
• Maintain a clean and hygienic patient environment
• Prepare and sanitize medical equipment
• Administer basic first aid and wound care as needed

About the role:

As a CNA at Stillwater Post-Acute, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You’ll assist with daily activities, support medical procedures, and help ensure a clean and safe environment providing comfort, dignity, and compassion every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Available Schedule:Fulltime - 4x2 only

AM: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

PM: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

NOC: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Compensation:

$22 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
