Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. We are currently hiring Full-Time CNAs for AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

- Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour
- Schedule: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Assist residents with meals while promoting proper nutrition and hydration
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Accurately document care provided and follow all facility policies and procedures
- Promote resident dignity, privacy, safety, and independence at all times
- Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required
