Arbor Terrace Monmouth in Shrewsbury, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) full-time and part-time to support residents with daily living, bathing, dressing, mobility and social engagement.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or license is required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety during activities.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to team.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• Building meaningfull relationships through compassionate, person-centered care
• Encouraging residents to participate in activities and social engagement
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
• Partnering with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care
