Job summary

Arbor Terrace Monmouth in Shrewsbury, NJ is hiring CNAs and HHAs to join a warm, family-like team in a beautiful assisted living and memory care community. You will assist residents with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships, and encourage participation in social life.

Qualified candidates hold NJ CNA or HHA certification, have at least 6 months of caregiving experience, and possess a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA or HHA certification (Required)
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience as a CNA or HHA
• High School Diploma or GED
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Memory Care experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Building meaningful relationships through compassionate, personalized care
• Encouraging residents to participate in social activities and community life
• Supporting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Working alongside nurses and fellow team members to provide outstanding resident care
