Job summary

The Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for both full-time and part-time shifts in Basking Ridge, NJ. Join a team that values your skills, supports your growth, and recognizes the difference you make every day.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or related healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting resident independence.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing team.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to provide exceptional care in a safe environment.

  What We’re Looking For

  • Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
  • Memory Care experience is a plus
  • Compassionate, dependable individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills
