Job summary

Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Basking Ridge, NJ. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with a focus on delivering high-quality resident care in a supportive environment.

Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $23.50 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities, and a culture recognized as a Great Place to Work. Prior CNA certification in NJ and 6 months of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in assisted living or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care while promoting resident independence.
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care in a safe, welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make a meaningful impact every day by helping residents live with comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities include:
