Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Monmouth County, New Jersey, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents with daily living activities and medical needs in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using proper safety techniques.
• Respond to resident call lights promptly and courteously.
• Document resident care accurately and timely.
• Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality care.
