Qualifications

• Current CNA certification/licensure

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including meals, hydration, turning, repositioning, and ambulation
• Provide personal hygiene and comfort care
• Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements
• Monitor residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Document food and fluid intake and care provided
• Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
• Transport residents throughout the facility as needed
• Support nurses and other care team members with resident needs
• Follow facility policies, professional standards, and state/federal regulations
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
