Overview

(based on experience & shift differentials)

Skilled Nursing

New increased pay rates:

Full Time & Part Time: $22.20-$25.65/hour (based on experience & shift differentials)
Per Diem: $19.20-$20.90/hour (based on experience and shift differentials)
Pick-Up Pay: +$3/hour weekdays | +$5/hour weekends

Full Time | Day & Evening Shifts
Part Time | Night Shifts
Per Diem | Minimum four shifts per month

What You'll Do As a CNA

Provide compassionate support with activities of daily living — including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, and feeding — while respecting each resident's dignity and following their individualized plan of care.
Complete daily assignments thoroughly and promptly, including additional tasks such as wheelchair cleaning and delivering refreshments.
Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident conditions or behavior to the team leader.
Conduct yourself professionally, follow common courtesy, deliver great customer service, and adhere to the Three Pillars Standards of Conduct.

CNA Requirements

Active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Must be at least 16 years of age
Basic computer skills, including electronic health records systems
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position as outlined in the job description
