Job summary

Woodland Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Cullman, AL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our supportive nursing team. Per diem shifts are available with competitive hourly pay based on experience, and we offer immediate hiring to qualified candidates.

Provide direct resident care, monitor conditions, record vitals, and collaborate with licensed nursing staff to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in AL.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and teammates.
• Participate in care planning and implementation under licensed nursing staff.
