Galleria Woods Senior Living in Hoover, AL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team. You will support residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility while building meaningful relationships in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama CNA certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Helping residents with meals, mobility, and transportation to activities.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition, behavior, or eating habits.
• Supporting resident independence, dignity, and comfort.

With a 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit and low resident-to-staff ratios, you'll have the time and support to provide personalized care while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Available Shifts

Full-Time Days

• 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and every other weekend
• $1,500 Retention Bonus

PRN/Per Diem

• Days: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Nights: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.50 per hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping residents with meals, mobility, and transportation to activities
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition, behavior, or eating habits
• Supporting resident independence, dignity, and comfort

What We're Looking For

• Current Alabama CNA certification
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• At least one year of CNA experience preferred
• Compassion for seniors and a commitment to exceptional care
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
