Job summary

Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, DE is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a supportive team. Earn $19–$21/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts across all schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be an active CNA in the state of Delaware.
• Previous CNA experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents such as bathing, dressing, serving meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident.
• Follow the directions of nurses and other licensed medical professionals.
• Be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team.
