Overview

Our care team is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA) to provide person-centered care to a homebound client in Liberty Township, working alongside an RN for transfer and shower assistance. New grads and experienced caregivers alike are encouraged to apply for this full-time or part-time role with a flexible schedule.

Position Offers

• Schedule: 10:30 AM–10:30 PM, flexible days, full-time or part-time
• Competitive pay: $18–20 per hour (DOE)
• HIPAA-protected phone provided
• RN support available to assist with duties
• Flexible scheduling within a supportive care team

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic activities of daily living (ADLs), including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and laundry
• Provide transfer assistance in coordination with the RN
• Assist a wheelchair-bound client with mobility and daily needs
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide medication reminders as allowed by Ohio state law
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and allergen-free home environment
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the nurse or case manager promptly
