Job summary

One Stop Recruiting is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA) to provide person-centered care for a homebound client in Liberty Township, near Cincinnati, OH. The role welcomes new grads and experienced caregivers, with full-time or part-time options and a flexible schedule, working alongside an RN.

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience, with RN support available and HIPAA-protected communication tools.

Qualifications

• Current STNA or CNA certification in Ohio.
• Experience with homebound clients preferred.
• Familiarity with chronic illness care preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (cooking, cleaning, hygiene, laundry).
• Provide transfer assistance with RN.
• Assist wheelchair-bound client with mobility and daily needs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide medication reminders as allowed by Ohio law.
• Help maintain a safe, allergen-free home.
• Report changes in client's condition to nurse or case manager.
