Chandler Care Center in Chandler, Oklahoma, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents, including daily living activities and monitoring vital signs.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, communicate with residents and families, and participate in orientation and training to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing/healthcare preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely and efficiently
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to residents

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior
• Assist with medication administration and report any errors
• Support resident independence and mobility through hygiene and self-care routines
• Contribute to care plan development and implementation and report changes in condition

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Chandler Care Center in Chandler, Oklahoma. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

About the Role:

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, including basic nursing care, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in orientation and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment by promoting respect, empathy, and inclusivity for all residents

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior
• Assist with medication administration, including recording and reporting medication errors
• Support resident independence and autonomy through assistance with mobility, hygiene, and self-care routines
• Participate in care plan development and implementation, including identifying and reporting changes in resident condition

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely and efficiently
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
