Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aviata at Santa Barbara in Cape Coral, FL. You will provide high-quality care to residents and patients, assisting with daily living activities and contributing to a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Florida CNA license is required.
• Completion of our new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Complete light housekeeping tasks.
• Report changes in residents’ condition and status.
