Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aviata at Santa Barbara in Cape Coral, FL. You will provide high-quality care to residents and patients, assisting with daily living activities and contributing to a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
Florida CNA license is required.
Completion of our new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Aid in daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up.
Provide companionship and conversation.
Complete light housekeeping tasks.
Report changes in residents’ condition and status.

Education

High School diploma or GED

Florida CNA license
