Job summary

Campbellsville Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants for Full time or Part time roles. The facility operates on a 12-hour schedule with a flexible option and offers opportunities for advancement and ongoing certifications.

Responsibilities include resident personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility support, and assisting with daily activities. A state-approved CNA program, good standing in the registry, and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach.
• Checks on residents who are unable to call for help.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in activities of daily living.
• Assists residents with bowel and bladder functions and in preparation for and transporting to appointments, activities and social programs.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Job Type: Full time / Part time

Schedule: 12 hours

Baylor Weekend shift also available. Work 36 hours, get paid for 44.

Position Purpose

Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.

• Good standing in the state registry is required.
