As a CNA at Park View, you'll provide essential hands-on-care by assisting residents with daily living activities. You will also help ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment while working closely with nurses and fellow team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position

Available Shifts (includes working every other weekend):
Day: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Night: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.31 / hour depending on experience
Shift Differential: $2.00 / per hour for nigh shift

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff
