Cassia in Dassel MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and document care. The role offers day and night shifts on a varying schedule, with both part-time and full-time options.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed; report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or appetite to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend and holiday rotation

Shifts Available

Days 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time)

Nights (NOC) 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Wage Range

$22.60 - $24.96 / hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential

• $2 / hour for Evenings
• $3/ hour for Nights

Bonus

• Part-Time $2,500
• Full-Time $5,000

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
