Job summary

Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time daytime shift in Boston, MA. The role offers $20.50–$25.50 per hour based on experience and includes every other Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic care under licensed nurses. The position emphasizes compassionate care, a supportive team, and adherence to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing with MA state registry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff promptly.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by following infection control protocols, responding to call lights, and ensuring residents' comfort and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications for Success:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
