Job summary

Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time daytime shift in Boston, MA. The role offers $20.50–$25.50 per hour based on experience and includes every other Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic care under licensed nurses. The position emphasizes compassionate care, a supportive team, and adherence to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing with MA state registry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and intake/output; report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide basic patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, including repositioning and assisting with mobility to prevent falls.
• Support residents' quality of life by promoting a respectful environment and engaging in meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols and responding to call lights.
