Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a compassionate DNA/CNA to provide direct care in a skilled nursing community in Bethesda, MD. You will support residents’ clinical, personal, nutritional, and restorative needs, following ISP and collaborating with licensed nurses.

Eligible candidates hold an active CNA certification and a HS diploma, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. The role offers comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities, with a base compensation that reflects MS

Responsibilities

• Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting.
• Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition.
• Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs.
• Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records.
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times.

What You'll Do
