Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a Caregiver to join our team and help brighten the lives of residents. You will provide hands-on personal care and assist with daily activities in a compassionate, respectful environment.

As part of the team you will follow individualized care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversation and meaningful activities. Paid training and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences.
