Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated CNA to join Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Allendale, NJ. This role requires NJ CNA licensure and BLS/CPR certification, with responsibility for basic resident care under licensed staff and daily living activities in a fast-paced setting.

You will help ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for residents while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Daily Pay!

$21.50 - $28 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
