Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in New Jersey to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents. The role requires an active NJ CNA license and BLS/CPR certification, with responsibilities across basic resident care, ADLs, and teamwork with licensed nurses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
