Avalon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Hamilton, NJ is seeking licensed CNAs for full-time, part-time, or per diem positions across all shifts. Earn $20.50–$27 per hour with daily pay options and benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities include basic resident care under licensed staff, assisting with ADLs, observing and reporting changes, maintaining a safe, comfortable environment, and supporting the care team. NJ CNA license and BLS/CPR are required.

Competenze

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Full-time, part-time, and Per Diem opportunities available!

Full-time, EOW: 7 AM- 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM & 11 PM- 7 AM

Part-time, every other weekend required: All shifts

Per Diem, 1 weekend a month required (Saturday and Sunday): All shifts

$20.50 - $27 per hour (all inclusive)
$3 No Frills (waive benefits, PTOs and holidays - for full-time employees only)

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
