Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Boise, Idaho is seeking CNAs and CMAs to provide resident care, support independence and confidence in residents’ golden years. You will work with a compassionate team to deliver daily care and support, following care plans and privacy rules.

You will assist with daily living activities, help with showers and personal cares, and pass medications as required by the plan. This role offers varied shifts, training opportunities, and a resident-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license, required.
• Medication Aide certified, required.
• Prior caregiving experience, desired.
• Willingness to train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to each resident's care plan
• Help with personal cares such as dressing, showers, baths and other ADLs
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions
• Document cares appropriately
• Follow HIPAA and all Edgewood policies
