Job summary

Edgewood Columbus is seeking a compassionate CNA + CMA to join our memory care team. You will provide resident care that fosters independence and confidence for seniors in our 13-bed community, applying your CNA and Medication Aide skills to support daily living and safety.

Active CNA license and Medication Aide certification are required, with English proficiency. We offer competitive pay of $18.50-$21.45/hour and benefits, including a 401K with employer contributions, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.
• Medication Aide certification required.
• English reading, writing, speaking required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Willingness to train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to each resident's care plan.
• Help with personal cares such as dressing, showers and baths, and other ADLs.
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions.
• Document cares appropriately.
