RegalCare at Greenfield, a leading healthcare provider in Greenfield, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide basic care, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while collaborating with the care team on individualized plans.

The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full‑time employees and a competitive hourly rate of $19–$25.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Massachusetts CNA certification.
• New CNAs encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide basic care and support (feeding, transferring, ambulation).
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals for seamless care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices.
