Job summary

RegalCare at Taunton is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) on a part-time and full-time basis, with per diem opportunities on all three shifts. Join our team to provide compassionate care in a home-like setting and contribute to individualized care plans.

We require a valid MA CNA certificate in good standing, the ability to lift and reposition patients, and excellent communication. A background check and vaccination proof may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid MA CNA certificate in good standing.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (as required).

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
