Alliance Health at Maples, a 144-bed not-for-profit skilled nursing facility in Wrentham, MA, is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time and per-diem roles. Alliance Health at Maples is a 144-bed not-for-profit skilled nursing care center located in Wrentham, MA. As the backbone to our multidisciplinary care approach, you have an opportunity to make a real difference in an elder's life.
