Job summary

Kindred Hospital Melbourne and Acute Rehabilitation Unit in Melbourne, FL, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support professional nursing staff in delivering patient care. Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform routine measurements (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and document them.
• Prepare patient rooms and equipment for admission, transfer and discharge.
• Respond to patient call lights, telephone and paging system.
• Assist with routine treatment procedures under RN supervision.
• Assist with patient meals and feeding as needed.
