The Idaho Division of Veterans Services is recruiting full-time Certified Nursing Assistants to support care at the State Veterans Home in Boise. We offer 12-hour shifts with a 10% night differential and guaranteed hours for full-time staff.

Candidates must hold Idaho CNA certification or NATCEP eligibility and must pass the required competency/tests; a $1,000 recruitment bonus is available for first-time Idaho hires meeting criteria. Benefits include retirement and leave.

Qualifications

• Possession of Idaho Nursing Assistant Certification and in good standing on Idaho Nurse Aide Registry.
• Alternatively completion of NATCEP and eligible for CNA Registry placement.
• Verification of skills competency and written test scheduling for CNA Registry.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal nursing care for elderly residents.
• Record vital signs and assess resident needs.
• Assist with hygiene and maintain safe, sanitary environment.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking.
• Feed residents requiring assistance and follow care plans.
• Document care and report changes to health-care team.
