Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night/ evening shifts in Idaho. Starting wage is $22.00 per hour with an Eve shift differential of $1.00/hr and a NOC shift differential of $2.00/hr. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for FT NOC CNA applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in the applicable state; license must be active.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; CPR must remain current during employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Deliver direct care to patients and document care provided.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.

Education
