Job summary

HomeWell Care Services Idaho is seeking experienced CNAs to join our Boise care team for consistent, one-on-one in-home support. If you have at least 2 years of hands-on caregiving, a valid CNA license, reliable transportation, and a passion for professional, compassionate care, we want to hear from you.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), weekly pay, training and development, a performance-based bonus program up to $500 per quarter, and clear opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.
• 2+ years of caregiving experience.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable).
• Follow care plans and communicate with the care team.
