Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated CNA to assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and support mobility and transfers. You will work with nurses and an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in a respectful, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a heart for service, with opportunities for growth within a mission-driven non‑profit setting.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
