Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab in Thomaston, GA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our mission‑driven, non‑profit team. You will support residents with daily living activities, dignity and respect, and work closely with licensed nurses to deliver high‑quality care.

We offer competitive pay of $18.45–$21.00 per hour, weekly pay, benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CNA certification (Georgia) or eligible

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.
