Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care and build meaningful relationships with residents, supporting daily living with dignity and respect in a trusted, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in GA or eligible
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
