Job summary

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab in Dahlonega, GA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care and assist with activities of daily living. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.

You will work with a supportive team to ensure mobility, safety and comfort, reporting changes promptly and collaborating with nurses to deliver exceptional care in a non-profit, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
