Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab seeks a certified nursing assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will assist with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships with residents, and work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, GA eligible or state requirement.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a respectful atmosphere for residents, families and staff.
