Utopia Home Care seeks a dedicated Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Connecticut team in Simsbury. Per diem shifts with flexible weekend options provide hands-on care for seniors at home, including ADLs, bathing, dressing, mouth care and medication reminders.

Applicants must hold a current HHA or CNA certification, provide original certification documents, CT Driver's License/State ID, and a recent physical with PPD. Competitive weekly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a HHA or CNA certification and possess the original document of certification from a state approved training provider.
• Must be able to provide original documents for CT Driver's License or CT State ID and original Social Security Card.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a physical and PPD taken within the past 12 months OR be willing to obtain a physical and PPD test quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for clients who require assistance with ADLs in their homes, including bathing, dressing, hair care, mouth care, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders.
