Utopia Home Care, Inc. in Meriden, CT is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA to join our in-home care team. You will assist clients with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and report changes to supervisors.

Per diem positions available across Bristol, Wallingford and Meriden areas. Requirements include HHA or CNA certification, CT driver’s license or state ID, social security card, recent physical and PPD, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid HHA or CNA certification issued by a state approved provider.
• Original certification documents must be available for verification.
• CT Driver's License or CT State ID and original Social Security Card required.
• Physical and PPD within the past 12 months or willing to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for ADLs such as bathing, dressing, hair/mouth care, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders.
