Job summary

Suncrest Hospice seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide patient‑centered care under nursing leadership in our hospice setting. You will work closely with a dedicated care team to meet patient needs, support comfort and dignity, and report changes in condition.

You must hold a current CNA certification and be willing to travel as needed; independent daily management and collaboration with nurses and social workers are essential.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Aide Leadership.
• Comfortable working one-on-one with patients while being supported by a dedicated care team.
• Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Eagerness to pursue additional certifications, education, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
