Caring Hospice Services in Fort Washington, PA is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide/CNA for a full-time, field-based role. This mobile position requires travel to patients in Philadelphia and surrounding counties, with a reliable vehicle and valid CNA or Hospice Aide licensure.

You will provide compassionate care, assist with activities of daily living, measure vital signs, and support patients in homes or facilities under supervision. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications
