Job summary

Bronx Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist residents with daily living activities in a warm, home-like environment.

We offer both part-time and full-time schedules with shifts across multiple times, and provide medical/dental/vision coverage plus paid time off for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care.
• Other duties as needed.

Part Time and full time available!

Shifts:

7am-3pm

3pm-11pm

11pm-7am

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Valid CNA certification required

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required

Previous experience working with people is desired.
