Utopia Home Care, Inc. is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (HHA/CNA) for the New Haven area. The role involves hands-on care for clients in home settings, assisting with ADLs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.

We require a valid HHA or CNA certification, CT Driver's License or CT State ID, and current physical and PPD within the past year. Positions offer per diem, part-time and full-time shifts with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must have an HHA or CNA certification and possess the original document of certification from a state approved training provider.
• Must be able to provide original documents for CT Driver's License or CT State ID and original Social Security Card.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a physical and PPD taken within the past 12 months OR be willing to obtain a physical and PPD test quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for clients who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in their homes, including bathing, dressing, hair care, mouth care, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in New Haven, CT at The Towers Assisted Living facility.

Job Duties

Our Home Health Aides (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) provide hands-on care for clients who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in their homes. This includes, bathing, dressing, hair care, mouth care, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders. This position requires patience, compassion, and a desire to care for those who need it most, just like family. Shift Information

Full time shifts openings: 7a-3p shift: 32 hours & every other weekend

Per diem shifts include: 7a - 3p 3p - 11a 11a-7p
